During those twenty seconds... she never once reached for Lily. Outside, Victoria kept pounding on the glass doors. "Arthur! Open the door!" He ignored her. Instead, he called 911. Then his attorney. Then his head of security. Finally... he called Detective Daniel Brooks, an old college friend in the LAPD. "I need you to watch something." Twenty minutes later... Victoria was escorted off the property. She left wearing the same elegant smile. But her eyes promised revenge.

Victoria laughed quietly.

Arthur frowned.

"What video?"

"The one Lily recorded."

Detective Brooks opened the tablet.

The final recording began.

Lily had accidentally started filming while playing.

The camera pointed toward the patio.

Victoria never noticed.

The tiny microphone captured every word.
